Hotel

How far is it from the beach?

The hotel dei Platani is located just 100 meters from the beach, the walk on the pedestrian area of viale Oliveti is a pleasant daily ritual.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in: the rooms will be ready from 2:00 p.m., but you can arrive at the hotel from the early morning and you can change into an environment that we will provide to go to the beach or take advantage of our large common areas and you can still have lunch. As soon as the room is available, we will get you settled in
Check-out: the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.

Does the hotel have a parking area?

Yes, we have two parking areas: one next to the hotel with stacked parking arrangements, and one 250 meters away.
The parking space is included in the ALL INCLUSIVE and VIP STAY rates, while for the COMFORT option, it is available until sold out with a small additional charge.

There are telephone, TV, hairdryer and Wi-FI in the room?

Yes, all rooms have Samsung satellite TV, they are equipped with a telephone with an external line that can be activated on request, free WIFI and a hairdryer.

What languages are spoken at the hotel reception?

Italian, English, French, German, Polish and Russian

Is the WI-FI free?

Yes, it is free throughout the hotel.

Are pets admitted at the hotel?

Your four-legged friend is welcome at our hotel if small in size.
It will have access to the room and to all communal areas. They are not allowed inside the restaurant.

Can I request a quote without any booking obligation?

Making a request for a quote is very easy and fast, you can do it directly on our website by filling out the form, sending an email or contacting our booking office by phone. To receive the best quote faster, we kindly ask you to specify the period of stay, the number of people, the age of the children or teenagers and any special requests that the staff will do their best to satisfy your requests. Obviously by booking in advance you have more chances to have fulfilled your requests.

How can I send the deposit and what are the payment methods to settle my stay?

The deposit can be sent by bank transfer or credit card. For the payment of the stay we accept visa, maestro and mastercard and American Express, bancomat, postpay, cashier's checks, bank checks, cash and satispay.

Do you cater for for specific dietary needs?

Of course, tell us at the time of booking or upon your arrival of any food intolerances or allergies and our staff will have the utmost attention.

What are the restaurant’s pening hours?

Meal times are as follows: breakfast from 7.30 am to 9.45 am in the restaurant, from 9.45 am to 12 at our bar, lunch from 12.15 to 1.30 pm, dinner from 7.15 pm to 8.30 pm.

Can we enjoy the lunch if we arrive in the morning?

Our Full Board packages start with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure, unused meals can be replaced by packed lunches.
If you arrive after lunch, you can make up for your lunch on the day of departure; your room must be vacated by 10 a.m., but we have a free of charge luggage storage sapce and the option of letting you shower if you want to take advantage of the last moments to go to the beach.

I’m traveling with a baby. How can I do at mealtimes?

Our kitchen staff is always ready to prepare broths and vegetable soups for your children.
Available on request: strollers, booster seats, raises for chairs, cribs and side rails.

Location and how to reach us

What is Metromare?

Metromare, also called TRC (Rapid Coastal Transport) is the new public transport system that connects Rimini station to Riccione station in a few minutes.

How far is the railway station from the hotel?

Rimini Miramare train station is only 150 meters away.
The Rimini Centrale train station is only 14 minutes away with the convenient Metromare, the brand new direct line that connects Rimini with Riccione.

How far is the Airport?

"Federico Fellini" Airport OF Rimini is only 1.5 km from the hotel. It is also easily accessible on foot from the hotel.

The Bologna "Guglielmo Marconi" airport has an easy and fast connection with the Shuttle and Flixbus buses. From the airport you can reach the hotel in about 1 hour and 30 minutes of transfer.

How far is the closest bus stop to the hotel?

We are the most comfortable hotel and served by public services in Rimini. The stops of both the number 11 bus (we are at stop number 31) and the brand new Metromare are about 100 meters away.

Which highway exit should I take?

Coming from Bologna, the most convenient motorway exit is "Rimini sud", while arriving from Ancona, the most convenient motorway exit is "Riccione"

I am a bus driver, which road should I take?

To get to the hotel, you have to pass the railway underpasses. The only ones high enough are the following:
  • Coming from Bologna, exit at the "Rimini SUD" exit and set the direction for "Via Chiabrera" (height of the underpass 4.00 meters).
    After the underpass, turn right at the roundabout onto "Viale Regina Margherita". After about 600 meters, turn right on "Via Portofino" and immediately left on "Viale Mantova".
    You will the Hotel at approx. 1,5 Km
  • Coming from Ancona, exit at "Riccione" and follow the direction for Rimini on the "SS16".
    Turn right on "Via Vercelli" and at the two roundabouts follow the direction "Rimini" (second exit) and "Mare" (first exit). You will find the underpass (height 3.90 meters). Continue straight to the beach and turn left towards Rimini.

What to do

Is there a bicycle service available?

Yes, the hotel bicycles are available free of charge to all customers.
Our new Atelier houses 25 bicycles, 1 tandem bicycle, 2 bicycles for children, 2 bicycles with child seats for the little ones.
Before use, you must ask for the keys at the reception

Does the hotel arrange tours and day trips?

Every day you will find in the hotel a "holiday consultant" ready to help you make your holiday magical! With your "Vacation Consultant" you can:
  • Book trips across the Romagna hinterland every week (San Leo, Santarcangelo di Romagna, San Marino, Mondaino and many others);
  • Purchase tickets for all amusement parks at discounted prices (Fiabilandia, Mirabilandia, Italia in Miniatura, Acquario di Cattolica, Oltremare and Aquafan);
  • Get information on all Rimini events.

Is there an entertainment service for the little ones? For which age groups? What activities are proposed?

A baby club service is available in the hotel for our younger guests together with our highly trained animators, who will make them spend unforgettable moments.
It will also be possible to have children have lunch directly with the operators for both lunch and dinner.

Do you have a wellness area?

At the hotel you can enjoy small wellness services:
